It’s been nearly 3 whole months since exercise came in to my
daily routine and that equals to a lot of hours pushing myself and putting a
lot impact on to my trainers whilst I sweat it out in my classes. I’ve had my
trusty Nike Air Pegasus + 30 Running Shoes for a while now which are great for my more intense cardio based workouts. But I also do a lot of lighter classes too, such as weights and Pilates and a lighter pair of trainers wold be much better suited to these, so I went on a hunt to find the perfect pair...
When I say these are light, I mean they really are light. These have been great for the classes I specifically bought
them for which I’m really happy with. I tried them during a cardio class just
to see what they were like and although they got bonus points for step aerobics
they’re not great for running, they don’t give good support and I ended up
getting really painful cramp at the bottom of my foot so I think I’ll stick to
these just for my lighter classes as intended.
Are you a Nike trainer fan? Which style is your favourite?

Growing brands need a manufacturing partner that can support steady product demand without making the process difficult. A dietary supplement contract manufacturer can help brands create products, manage production, and prepare items for market. From capsules and powders to gummies and other formats, the right partner can support product needs. Clear communication, quality checks, and flexible production options can make growth much easier. Brands can focus on marketing, customer service, and expansion while their manufacturing partner handles production needs efficiently.
