It’s been nearly 3 whole months since exercise came in to my
daily routine and that equals to a lot of hours pushing myself and putting a
lot impact on to my trainers whilst I sweat it out in my classes. I’ve had my
trusty Nike Air Pegasus + 30 Running Shoes for a while now which are great for my more intense cardio based workouts. But I also do a lot of lighter classes too, such as weights and Pilates and a lighter pair of trainers wold be much better suited to these, so I went on a hunt to find the perfect pair...
When I say these are light, I mean they really are light. These have been great for the classes I specifically bought
them for which I’m really happy with. I tried them during a cardio class just
to see what they were like and although they got bonus points for step aerobics
they’re not great for running, they don’t give good support and I ended up
getting really painful cramp at the bottom of my foot so I think I’ll stick to
these just for my lighter classes as intended.
