Week three has been alright, it feels very much part of my routine now and I'm really enjoying it. However I'm a little disappointed to have only lost 0.5lbs when I've done nothing different from my previous weeks. But never mind, a loss is a loss and it's taken me to a 10lbs loss in 3 weeks and only 4lbs from my 1st stone award.

On to what I've been eating this week. The week started with burger and chips again, it seems to be a Saturday favourite. I don't feel so bad having higher syns on the day I get weighed to makes sense to have my brioche bun then. I also treated myself to a 15 syn rocky road which I'd been saving since last Wednesday, it was worth every syn! I had planned on making cauliflower pizza on Sunday, forgetting we don't currently have a microwave, so I got a bit savvy and with some help from my lovely Instagram followers I made pizza melts on Kingsmill Thins, one being for my HexB and the other 5 syns. Perfect! I made spaghetti carbonarna one night too, but it actually ended up being a little drier than I usually like, I think I'll mix some chicken stock with the fromage frais next time, it was still nice and made a nice lunch portion too.

I've been trying to decide what I wanted to do with regards to my fitness and exercise, but I've finally decided to go back to my gym, the one that specialises in exercise classes. I've looked the timetable and the classes I want to do work around my routine which is a bonus. The only thing I'm worried about is gaining muscle weight quickly, which is what I always tend to do and then not losing on the scales. When SW is all about the number on the scales it's very hard to get your head around the fact that although you may not be losing lbs you'll be losing inches and I guess in the scheme of things that's far more important. We'll see what happens.

Learnt anything new? It's not necessarily new, but the SW app is so good. I find myself on there a lot checking syn values and it really helps me make good choices. 
Complete last weeks aims? I'm failing at this aren't i? No.
Aims for this weekOk so I am going back to my gym this week and my first class will be Kettlebells on Wednesday. 
Any new dishes to try? I've got a chocolate mousse lined up which is 0.5 syns of goodness! 
Wanting to lose? so I can get my 1st stone award.
