Well after last weeks great success, I hoped it would follow me through to this week too and thankfully it did, this week I managed to lose 3.5lbs and get my half stone award, not bad for two weeks hey? Taking it to 9.5lbs loss in total. I know it's only been two weeks, which is nothing in the scheme of things, but I actually feel slimmer. I feel less bloated and my tight clothes aren't feeling quite a tight, roll on week three.
On to what I've been eating in the past week. Not much has changed from last week, I've eaten a few of the same dishes and breakfast and lunches have remained the same, fruit & yogurt, soup, salad, quiche etc. I did manage to make my pancakes one day as I was at home which were really nice, a very old favourite of mine. I also made burger and chips last Saturday with a brioche bun, it was worth the 8 syns. So good! In fact, I think i'm making them again tonight. I'd much rather have my higher syn food at the weekend. I also realised Boost bites are only 1 syn a bite too, perfect for a little bit of chocolate in the evening.
I buy all of my meat from Muscle Food, you can use my code VP252035 at the checkout to receive 4 free chicken breasts. Alternatively check out their bargain bundles, my personal favourite is the 65 Piece Best Of British. Their stuff is amazing quality, you won't be disappointed!
Favourite meal last week? Chicken Kiev
Learnt anything new? 1 Weight Waters white wrap (pictured) count as your HexB, or alternatively 5.5 syns. It was so good to have fajitas again!
Complete last weeks aims? Er no, exercise didn't happen.... maybe this week?!
Aims for this week? Exercise, again and two try a couple of new dishes.
Any new dishes to try? Again, this didn't happen so I seriously need to have a go at making overnight oats.
