MONTHLY FAVOURITES - NOVEMBER

I'ts been a long time since i last did a favourites post, but after trying a lot of products this month i thought i'd show you what I've been loving in skincare, make up and hair...

JERGENS BEAUTY LOTION* - £1.74
With a very sweet almond scent this is a very rich body lotion that leaves a long lasting softness to my skin. I like to use this in my baths before bed as it is quite rich and takes a while to blend in completely  so it's perfect when you've got time.

BODY SHOP PEACH SCRUB - £12.50
Peach is one of my all time favourite scents (comes close to Vanilla) so i love using this in my morning shower. I always find fruity scents wake me up more then overly sweet ones so this is usually my go to scrub. It's very gentle but i find it works better on dry skin for a deeper clean.

BODYSHOP NIGHT CREAM £4
With the weather being incredibly cold and crying i find that i need something during the nigh to keep my skin hydrated. I like to mix and match what i use but I've been really loving this Bodyshop one recently  it's actually very thick but it blends in well and it's nice to know it's done the work come the morning.  I've really noticed a difference in my cheeks since using this which i'm really pleased with!

LIZ EARLE FACE EXFOLIATOR* £5.25
Picked this sample up when i went for my facial at Liz Earle last month and I've been reaching to it a lot ever since. I wouldn't say it's the best product i've ever used, but it's nice and does the job. I just love the Liz Earle scents so that's probably why i like this product a lot.

RIMMEL MATCH PERFECTION FOUNDATION - £6.99
I only picked this up last week but I've used it every day and it's amazing. I left my usual Avon flawless foundation back in Leeds so i needed to pick one up that wouldn't break the bank. It's not too heavy, leaves a flawless finish and lasts a reasonable amount of time. Having tried various ways to blend it in, my beauty blender gives the best look and i would say it was well worth the price.

ESTEE LAUDER DOUBLE WEAR CONCEALER* - £13.82
I've heard this is comparable to the Collection 2000 concealer, but as i haven't tried that i can't comment. But it's very good, it leaves my under eyes looking brighter which is the biggest thing for me!

BENEFIT BAD GAL LASH - £16.50
Picked up this little sample in Glamour magazine during the summer and it's finally ran out and i'm planning on buying a full size one as soon as i can. It's very good for adding volume to the lashes without weighing them down. I usually use this with YSL singular as that gives me the length first.

CLINIQUE BOTTOM LASH - £11
I picked this up a couple of weeks ago after getting frustrated at not getting my bottom lashes as good as i would have liked, so after sending out a tweet everyone recommend this one. It has a very small head with fine bristles so it gets to all the lashes with ease. Very durable, can't fault it at all.

TECHNIC HIGH LIGHTS - £2
Not just for this month, but ever since i got it a few months ago this highlighter has been a stable to my make up collection and i'd be lost without it, it's a dupe for the Benefit high beam at a fraction of the price.

MUA SHIMMER BRONZER* - £3
I carry this one around in my bag for touch ups after i've applied the Chanel tan de soleil. I find this MUA one tops up the colour and gives me a nice glow to my cheeks

During the winter months my hair gets very dry and frizzy due to the weather so these products aim to tackle that and overall I've seen a great improvement with my hair over the past month. I know hair care is a personal thing so what might work for me might work for you but by using these 3 products together I've found my hair to be more hydrated giving it a healthy shine and less frizzy.

TREVOR SORBIE CONDITIONER* - £5.10

AUSSIE MIRACLE SHINE SHAMPOO* - £5.99

JOHN FRIEDA LIQUID SHINE GLOSS - £5.89

  3. I really want to try that MUA shimmer bronzer, it looks beautiful! Also, if that Estee Lauder concealer is being compared to the Collection 2000 one, I'll have to give that a go as well! x

  5. I really want to try the Aussie shampoo, I spotted it a couple of weeks ago and hadn't seen it before. I usually use the volumising one or the Luscious Long so I must give this a try! The MUA bronzer looks lovely as well :)

  9. I really want to try that bottom lash mascara. The Aussie shine shampoo is so good, my hair gets awful in the winter weather and more moisturising products seem to be helping. x
