WHY DO I EXERCISE?


Exercise is such a big part of my life now, I don't quite know what I'd do without it or how I used to live without getting a sweat on. Exercise to me (and a lot of other people) is a form of release, if I'm feeling stressed, anxious, or restless, I exercise and afterwards I feel a million times better, even if putting my trainers on is sometimes the hardest bit! Exercise comes in lots of various forms, I'm quite partial to pounding the pavements/treadmill and trying to beat my PB on the weight machines, but walking is just as effective. even if it's just for 10 minutes every day, you'll soon notice a difference. Pilates and Yoga are great for stress release too, it's not just about cardio to make a positive impact on your body, it's all in the mind too. My advice is, just move, in one way or another, it all counts.



As I spend on average about 6 hours a week working out, I get to listen to a lot of music (or watching vlogs) I find a bit of old school rnb & garage keeps me going, anyone remember Sweet Female Attitude - Flowers? That's my jam for sure! It also means I get a lot of wear out of my gym kit. So naturally, I'm always on the lookout for new items to make my workout that little more fun and I love any excuse to add some new items to my workout wardrobe!
