Staying focused on your weightloss journey when you've not had the best of weeks can sometimes be difficult. We've all been there and it can be discouraging when you've only lost half a lbs but knowing you're on the right track is the best way to see it. I like having one of these chalkboard boards as it's a great reminding of where you've come and where you're going.
Staying hydrated and drinking plenty of water is a daily must and it's something I'm pretty good with as I only drink tea and water anyway. But sometimes water can get a bit boring and usually flavoured waters are full of sugar, so I make my own with my infuser bottle. You can fill it with whatever fruit you like and it'll make your water taste delish!
Meal planning is my top tip for staying on plan. If you don't plan, you plan to fail in my eyes. Every week I plan what I've got for all of my meals, snacks and syns and I write them down daily too. Having a dairy like this makes me stay focused and on plan. It's good to look back at certain weeks too to see where you were going right or wrong.

Making sure you get the right amount of food is so important when following SW and having the correct amount free and speed foods is key to succeeding. This plate is helpful to make sure you’re not eating too much or too if you’re lacking your speedy foods. I find this plate really helps in the first few weeks so you get an idea of how your plate should look.
I looooove my spiralizer and I use it on a weekly basis. It’s just so great for when you want to swap pasta or spice up for your vege. I use mine mainly for courgetti but you can use so many vegetables with it. I can’t recommend this product enough!
