It's Bake Off Wednesday which means one thing.... cake and seeing as though Halloween is just around the corner, I thought I'd make some themed cupcakes. If you fancy making these for the day itself, I've listed some fab products which will help you out, they're pretty aghhhmazing right?
You will need:
100g margarine
or butter
100g caster
sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon
vanilla extract
100g
self-raising flour
Preheat the oven
to 200 C / Gas 6.
Mix butter and
sugar together until fluffy and add eggs and vanilla essence.
Fold in flour
and mix well. Place in 12 cupcake cases.
Bake for 15
minutes. Allow to cool, decorate as desired and serve.
