It's officially Autumn, goodbye Summer 2016, you have been wonderful. But now it's time to welcome the darker days, cosy nights and quite frankly the best season of all. I guess it also means the countdown to Christmas is well and truly on too!  I've done a little Q&A about Autumn and all the things I love about it and I'd love to hear what you love about it too...

What is your favourite thing about Autumn?
The crisp chill in the morning, cosy nights, blankets and thick socks, chunky scarves and coats. The changing colours of the leaves, Halloween, bonfire night and then the excitement leading up to Christmas. Ohhh I just love it all!

What is your seasonal drink?
Hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows, I treated myself to one on Friday actually even though it wasn’t quite Autumn yet... opps!

What is your favourite candle?
I actually burn candles all year round but I tend to burn warmer scents for Autumn. Favourites include Cinnamon Stick, Sugared AppleAmber Moon. I’m really looking forward to trying the new Autumn Night from Yankee Candle.

What is your favourite Autumn colour?
I'm drawn to burgundy and olive green. But you can't beat a bit of traditional tartan though!

What is your ‘go to’ Autumn Treat?
A Starbucks gingerbread latte, bring on the red cups!

What are you reading this Autumn?
Well, I've just finished The Girl On the Train (it was ok, not worth the hype in my opinion) and I've got After Anna, I Let You Go & Behind Closed Doors on my list (thanks for your recommendations om Twitter)

What are your Autumn wardrobe staples?
I can't live without my skinny jeans, cable knits and ankle boots. During the working week it's pretty much the same every day in different colour variations. Getting dressed in the dark sucks all the fun out of it!

What are you buying this Autumn?
I think I'm going to treat myself to a couple of bits from my Autumn Wishlist. I'm really loving the ASOS Ultimate Oversized Sweat and the Oasis Faux Leather Burgundy Pleated Skirt.

What is the best autumnal series and movie to watch?
American Horror StoryThe Strain & The Walking Dead but if they're not your thing you can beat Sabrina The Teenage Witch. For a film it has to be Hocus Pocus - a classic! Or The Addams Family

Do you have a planned trips this season
I do! Myself and James are off to stay stay here for 4 nights at the start of November, how cosy does it look? I can't bloomin' wait!
