After this weekend’s lovely warm sunshine I thought we were having a bit of an Indian summer, hello 3 loads of washing out on the line. But after waking up and driving up the M1 in pouring rain this morning it appears it is now officially Autumn, especially with all the leaves now appearing on the ground. It was like someone switched a seasonal switch and here we are getting closer to the end of another year, where does the time go?!

This is a typical work outfit, in the summer I wore it with flats but the colder weather calls for boots. I lived in these Miss KG boots last year and I’m excited to start wearing them again. It’s certainly at the top of my ‘go to’ outfits at 6:45am; it’s just so cosy and comfy!

If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram you’ll know that my new baby has arrived, a brand new sparkly Olympus Pen. I’ve ummed about this camera for months and months but after seeing a 25% discount I decided to make the most of it and bite the bullet. I got the Pancake Kit + 45mm Lens. I’ve not been overly impressed with anything on my blog recently; it’s just so blah so I wanted to invest in something to help create better content, your survey results will help me do that too. Slimming World, recipes and exercise were the most requested posts so expect to see more of those soon. I’m also in the middle of a redesign too, so hopefully that’ll be sorted within the next week or so. But back to the camera, it’s a dream and I’m so in love already! I’ll do a review post once I’ve had chance to try it all out properly.

After not being able to exercise for a little while due to heath reasons, 2 weeks ago i started running again. Nothing major, a few miles a week but I’m starting to make progress and I’m genuinely really enjoying it again. Yesterday morning I went to a Pilates class for the first time in months and my God, it hurts to even drive! I’ve got a more cardio based class tonight and I’m genuinely terrified! But hey, no pain no gain right?! Roll on hitting the beach next summer!
