GET FIT INSPIRATION

So I've been doing relatively well so far this year (apart from our weekend away) with regards to keeping fit. I've managed to keep my diet pretty good, get some good runs in and sweat my bum off to 30 day shred. Swearing by my Freya leggings, sports bra and Nike Air Pegasus + 30 running shoesHaving a little motivation is never a bad thing. I'm on a spending ban at the moment, if i'm trying hard to drop some dress sizes, spending pennies on things that may longer fit in a few months seems a bit silly. However, i have allowed myself to swoon over some work out gear and i did treat myself to some compression socks at a mere £5.50. Last of the big spenders hey! I do believe that if you feel like you're looking good (as well as we can right?) whilst working out then that's a great step in the right direction for burning some serious cals. After next week i'll be out of action for a couple of weeks, which i'm pretty bummed about but my heath has to come first, so until then and after that, i'm working hard and striving towards that summer bikini body! Who's with me?!

  2. Me! I'm also on a spending ban putting aside every penny for some nice summer clothes in hopefully a smaller size!

I've just posted my weekly food diary and lost 2.5lbs this week :)!
