Hollins Hall Marriott Hotel & Country Club

Last Friday myself and Jenny headed up to Bradford to spend the day at Hollins Hall. We had both very kindly been invited a few weeks prior to use the hotel and grounds to shoot some outfit posts. As we're always looking for new and fun locations we both cleared the day and with a 6.30am start we were heading up the M1. Both of us went to uni in Leeds so it was really nice to drive close to where we used to live and we even realised we were both in the same halls at the same time! Small world hey! Hollins Hall is part of the Marriott chain and is a hotel and country club. There's 117 rooms, 5 suites and 7 meeting rooms covering 4 floors. There's two bars with lounges and restaurants, a swimming pool, whirl pool, spa for health and beauty treatments and their incredibly popular 18 hole golf course on site. There's also bowling, horseback riding and hiking a few miles out too. So as you can see, there's a lot to do! Hollins Hall is also incredibly popular with weddings, which is totally understandable with the break taking views, in fact just as we were leaving a bridal party were arriving! Awwwh! Upon arrival we were shown around by Beverley who was just lovely, who then gave us of the suites to base ourselves in. After shooting a few outfits we headed over to the restaurant to have a spot of lunch and cuppa tea which was incredible (it's making me hungry just thinking about it!) we shot a couple more after that and then it was time to leave. It was a wondeful day, the staff were so accommodating and the hotel is stunning. The photos really don't do it justice! I would seriously recommend this hotel as a bit of an escape and a place to chill out for a few days i'd love to go back and spend a little longer exploring! But until then, i need to tackle the 700+ photos for 5 outfits  we shot! Pass me the tea, i'm going to need it!
