Yesterday i hosted the Karen Millen Destination Denim event at Manchester Trafford Selfridges to launch (you guessed it) their new denim range. Karen Millen aren't known for jeans, so this is all new and exciting and the best thing is they're all affordable pieces, starting at just £75. They haven't just got your typical black or blue jean, they've gone all out with designs from blossom, snake and metallic prints coming in a wide range of colours and styles and for me personally, i was very happy to see some of the designs going up to a size 16. All the girls on the shop floor were rocking the jeans and i think they look fabulous!
The event was really lovely and it was really interesting to learn about the collection. The jeans we're flying off the shop floor by the end of the event which was really nice to see. Karen Millen have made such an effort with this collection and I'm not surprised they're so popular! It was also really nice to meet some other bloggers too and have chat about all things blog related whilst drinking some bubbly and eating our way through the personalised chocolate delights (some of them had vipxo on them!), it really was the perfect Saturday afternoon.
A big thank you to Karen Millen for inviting me to host the event and to all the ladies in the stores who were so lovely and helpful. It was a pleasure to have been a part of it all!

I love your outfit here! So well put together.
ReplyDeleteIt's really nice when companies make pants sizes from small to large. Nothing annoys me more than a company who is obviously very restrictive in their sizing or products. A good denim fit does wonders!
You always look amazing! I'm so glad you had a lovely day <3 xoxo
ReplyDeleteThose snake print jeans are amazing! They're not like anything I'd usually wear but I neeeed them! :)

I'm not sure £75 is affordable for most, however I'm sure they're a nice treat if you want something a bit special.
