'If you could live anywhere in the world, what would your pick be?'
New York! Without a second thought. I went for 5 days when i was 17 and i can honestly say i've never been anywhere as amazing. We just managed to get out there too as a few days before the city was hit with the worst snow storm it's had in years. Our flight was the first one allowed out in 48 hours, i cried when i thought about not being able to go. As soon as you step outside you're literally blown away at the sheer size and colour of everything, everyone is constantly rushing past and whatever is around you just ends up being such a blur. Sleeping just seems like such a pointless thing to do when there is so much excitement going on just next door to you. I went to museums, ferry ride to Staten Island, ice skating at Rockefeller and a horse ride around Central Park in the snow. I've wanted to go back every single day since i left, i had such a sadness about being back home, i really did leave my heart there. Im hoping to get an internship out there at some point in the next year or two, or just live out there for a few months. It's something i've been saving up for so fingers crossed i actually get the opportunity. I always get so jealous when i hear about people going. If you ever get a chance you should go, the movies don't do it justice!

Ask me anything!

  24. Oh my god New York! It is such a dream city, I went with my family for 10 days in April 2007 and ever since I have wanted to go back. I am currently entering a competition at Uni to go for 5 days and shadow the Parsons designs students, so amazing but only 10 out of 65+ of us get to go - tension.
I also really want to go for the 3 months you can without a visa and see where the world takes me intern wise.
