Nike Enamel Green Juvenate Trainers

It’s been nearly 3 whole months since exercise came in to my daily routine and that equals to a lot of hours pushing myself and putting a lot impact on to my trainers whilst I sweat it out in my classes. I’ve had my trusty Nike Air Pegasus + 30 Running Shoes for a while now which are great for my more intense cardio based workouts. But I also do a lot of lighter classes too, such as weights and Pilates and a lighter pair of trainers wold be much better suited to these, so I went on a hunt to find the perfect pair...

Don’t get me wrong my Nike Air Pegasus are fairly light and when I first got them they changed my life, seriously. But I knew there would be something lighter out there, so I started to research. I looked at other brands, but I always kept going back to Nike. With Nike you know what you’re getting, they’re trusted, they’re good quality and they won’t break the bank either. Plus they usually offer an incredible range of colours and patterns. Once I knew which style I was getting, Juvenate, I set about finding the cheapest pair I could. I would seriously shop around as prices can variety a lot from one store to another; I found these on ASOS in the sale for £50 down from £70, perfect. There's still loads of sizes available if you're interested.

When I say these are light, I mean they really are light. These have been great for the classes I specifically bought them for which I’m really happy with. I tried them during a cardio class just to see what they were like and although they got bonus points for step aerobics they’re not great for running, they don’t give good support and I ended up getting really painful cramp at the bottom of my foot so I think I’ll stick to these just for my lighter classes as intended.

Are you a Nike trainer fan? Which style is your favourite?
