Shinola are an American company founded in 2011, which specialises in leather, watches, bicycles and pet accessories. They aim to make most of their pieces in their Detroit factory to keep American manufacturing alive and kicking with the help of more than 240 employees! Until September this year, they were just selling in the US but now they have more then 5 stores around the world, with last opening in London (Carnaby street) 2 weeks ago. In just three years, Shinola have evolved from a small handcrafted watch maker working out of an art school, to a luxury manufacturing company. 

Their production combines meticulous hand-assembly with the most advanced technology available to ensure the watches are both beautiful and built to last. Each bicycle undergoes a precise, custom-level assembly by experts who believe there's only one way to properly build a bicycle, and that's one at a time, by hand, with rigorous attention to detail and using only the highest quality components available.
