BRAND SPOTLIGHT - TARTE COSMETICS

First of all, let’s just all take a moment to 'ohhhhh' and 'ahhhhh' at the beautiful packaging for tarte cosmetics! I'm an absolute sucker for awesome packaging and these lovely pieces are just simply wonderful! Tarte cosmetics are a brand which have been mentioned a lot in the blogging world over the past few years, the focus has mainly been on their Amazonian clay blushes which are actually award winning but there's a lot of other products which have been raved about too. New for Spring/Summer is this waterproof mascara which is their best-selling lights, camera, lashes™ 4-in-1 mascara in a waterproof version with limited-edition packaging! It aims to lengthen, curl and volumnize your lashes. I have the original of this mascara and it's lovely. It's perfect for volume and giving me thick but natural looking lashes. It's has a really expensive feel too! It's nice to have a mascara packaged in something other than plastic. Another new product is this neutral eye shadow palette which features five brand new Amazonian clay shadows designed for day and nightwear. As I’m getting older I’m noticing darker eye circles, I’ve always had a bit of an issue with this but I feel as though it's more obvious now so I’m making more of a conscious effort to look at eye brightening treatments so this one really caught my eye (excuse the pun!) with ingredients of maracuja fruit, vitamin C and advanced botanicals, this cream will hydrates, firms and brightens the delicate eye area. Perfection! I also really like the look of the tight & bright perfector which I think would be perfect for first thing in the morning and for evening out skin tone. I'd team it with waterproof concealer. Finally, and of course solely down to the packaging are these Amazonian butter lipsticks are creamy, moisturising and made from natural ingredients. Peppermint oil adds a refreshing hint of mint with each application and helps give lips a fuller, plumped up appearance! Available in eight different shades.
