Playing it safe with todays outfit, you know when sometimes a little black dress will just have to do (ignore the rolled down tights too, ugh). I very rarely wear this dress, i much prefer colour or a nice top with trousers but after seeing it hanging in my wardrobe and knowing it's been months since i last wore it i decided to give it an outing. I don't think I'll ever be able to get rid of this dress as i bought it specifically for my graduation, still can't believe it's been nearly a year. Decided to pair it with another item i don't wear much, my vintage denim jacket. Every time i wear it i always think to myself i should wear it more, so I've now put in a place with easy reach so I'm sure you'll be seeing it again soon.
I can't believe we're in July already and I've been at my new job for nearly a month! It has literally flown by and i feel like i haven't stopped. As much as i love my job, which believe me i really do. I love my own time so i value my weekends so much now. I'm still finding it difficult to get the right balance of having time for blogging and time to do boring house things. I'm rally pleased I've managed to still blog every day (bar a few days) after doing all the weeks posts on a Sunday. I don't know if you like that i blog everyday, it's something i've done from the start of the year but i know some bloggers only blog once a week and that seems to be popular too. So I'd love to hear what you think, and what type of posts you'd like to see more or less of. As much as i love my little blog for myself, i also want to make sure you continue to enjoy reading it too!
I'm actually stuck at home today, my car decided to not start this morning and I'm currently waiting for a guy to come out. I'm honestly going stir crazy being here, it just doesn't feel right on a weekday to be sat on my sofa. I hope he comes soon because i really want to get in to work but knowing my luck today (pulled my back whilst getting dressed this morning) it'll be something which will take a million years to get fixed. Can we cross everything?! Hope you're having a better start to the week than i am!
